Mac Mini Bluetooth Help

Hello. I have two Mac minis and two sets of wireless keyboard and mouse. Is there any possible way to lock in a keyboard and mouse into one computer and the other set into the other computer? Whenever we turn the keyboard and mouse on and off sometimes it switches from one computer to the other and it is maddening. I can’t be the only one in the universe to have this kind of a set up that needs a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This is managed in the Blutooth control panel in System preferences. You simply click "x" on devices you want that mac to "forget".
