A random question, but a curiosity I've had for a while. My 2007 Mac mini runs good, but I notice when it goes to sleep or shuts down, it sounds like the inside of the computer is creaking. Almost equal to the sound a CRT makes when it's shut off, but less of a crinkle and more of a plastic contracting sound.

I'm not sure what normal temps are for this machine, but it doesn't ever feel hot and when the fan runs the air is a totally acceptable level, not bloody hot like my laptops tend to blow. Just wanted to see if anyone else with these older plastic-topped Minis or even a newer one has noticed this same experience. As I said, the machine runs perfectly fine, has an SSD and flies.
