Mac mini DDC/CI problems - solution ? or is it a feature to protect the eyes ?

Does anybody know if there is any advance in solving the DDC/CI problems of the Mac mini M1.
There are artefacts and blackouts (for 5-10sec) at my site.
It seams to be a minor problem for apple.
Or is it a new feature to protect the eyes from continuous viewing ?
