Mac mini display issue

I recently purchased a 2018 I5 512GB MAC MINI. Using the HDMI port to my monitor it will randomly shut off the display, but it’s still powered on and running. I’ve tried three different displays. I have even put it to never sleep to test it and it shuts down. Now once it shuts down if I hit space bar or click my mouse it brings the display back for a few seconds, then it shuts off the display again. The third time and every other attempt after, I see the signal reach my monitor and then it shuts it down immediately. I’ve tried my two BENQ LED monitors, a gaming monitor, and my 4K tv. I also had a friend let me use his USB-C to VGA Cable same result. I even reinstalled the latest Mac OS and the same problem.
