Mac mini for office work, video editing and sometimes games

Hi i'm chosing my first mac, 90% of time i just do simple tasks like web browsing, mail and videocalls. The last 10% it's a light video editing by amateur and gaming in couple games, usually minecraft and world of tanks. Multitasking is also an important issue, I want to connect two 4k monitors and I would like everything to run smoothly enough to be able to perform the necessary office tasks on the one monitor while playing on second.

Is Mac Mini M2 16/256 enought for that usage ? or i should look at the Mac mini m2 pro at least?

You're going to be more than fine. Add an external SSD and you're all set
