Mac Mini gets hung up when updating to

Hello all,

My mac mini gets hung up when trying to update to OSX catalina... i think.

It says restart, but when restarting it I get the apple, the progress bar, and it stays at something like "1 minute remaining" forever.

I restart manually, a scary thing during an update, and now it seems to be not starting up. I hear the chime, but it doens't return to my network.

What should I do?

What model and specs of your Mac Mini?

Its a 2014 1.4GHZ i5 Mac Mini 480GB SSD (Turbo Boost 2.7GHZ).
