Mac mini High Sierra install problem

during install my 2012 mini restarted. It then said 45 mins left. Then i get the message “macOS could not be installed on computer...an error occured installing macos. To use apple diagnostics...”

I then restarted my computer and it continues in this loop

I tried booting options and can only boot in windows and the macOS installer

How can i boot normally??

use internet recovery.

You will then have to reformat the drive and then reinstall your backup from either time machine or your other backup software.

Do you have a fusion drive BTW?
