Hi
Not sure if this is in the right part of the forum, so apologies.

At home i have a Mac Mini set up with 2 log ons - me and my wife.
I do not have my own music library, but my wife has an extensive one.

We both have an Iphone and Ipad each.

I would like to access her itunes music on my devices to save having to have my own.

The library is currently on an external hard drive.

I have enabled Home Sharing on my wifes Itunes account. On her Iphone and Ipad, she can see all her songs no problem.

On my phone and ipad, i have used her Itunes login for the Home Sharing ID etc.
I can see her library on my Iphone, but not on my IPAD. It shows her library on the Shared section, but does not connect after 2-3 minutes of trying. The red circle gets about half way and stops.

Any ideas?
Is the above set up the correct way of doing it?

Am i right in thinking that we will both only be able to see her library if the Mac Mini is signed in to her user name?
If so, then to save trying to access the library and not being able to because i am logged on under my User name, perhaps we should just have 1 log on to the Mac mini?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
