I bought my first Mac this week. I think my boot up speed is very slow for the new computer. boot up time is 1min 6s. I mentioned that the longest part of this process is time between power button and showing up grey apple logo (about 30s). I saw a Youtube and somebody's base model booted up in 35s in 100%
My model:
2.3GHz 4GB RAM 1TB HDD 5300rpm

What do You think? :(

That does seems like a long time. BTW, did you replace your hard drive, I thought base model came with 500GB 5400rpm?

Yep, sounds like you changed the HDD. Many people don't think of this, but the Minis actually ship with extremely fast 5400 rpm drives (110 MB/s read/write), which many third party drives can't match. The 5400 rpm drive in my MacBook Pro only reaches around 55 MB/s, which could explain the startup time.

My model is i7 2.3.
Base model is somebody's from You Tube.
Is it worth to contact with Apple about this?
Is it possible that 1TB hard drive in late model is a different manufacture than the 500 GB in base model. The speed is different.
If this is possible somebody please make a boot test of late 2012 i7 2,3 ,1TB 5400rpm model and post the result.

Look at the Startup preferences and make sure the correct drive is select (if more than one is listed). It could be looking for something else then booting once it's timed out.

That is slow. I would expect 30-45 seconds (don't have mine yet). Which applications have you installed since you received the Mini?

@fa8362
I did iPhoto update. Installed flash and Java. It is all.
@xlii
I did verbose boot. The problem is not in ML loading but before this process. When I press power button my monitor wakes up and have grey background also. For about 35 seconds HDD is silent. Than grey apple logo pops up and HDD starts normal loading.

Problem doesn't exist here in base model: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTbzAUDX-7o

Thank You for this advice. It was exactly my problem. In start up drive settings, HDD was not selected. Now it boots up in 35s.

chrisips2 - Big Thanks!
