Received my M1 Mac mini for Christmas (from me to me), and I am trying to run it at 1440p / 144 Hz. I've been having the monitor drop out a few times and almost seems unrecoverable without a system restart. Has anyone had issues with this? I am currently functioning fine at 1440p and 60 Hz, but anything above that will cause issues after some time. Below is a link to my monitor and adapter cable. Both should function fine according to specs, but I am still having issues. I have a 1080p connection to my 1080p monitor via the HDMI port as well.

Any thoughts on why 100 Hz or 144 Hz would be having issues?
