Mac Mini M1 2 monitors (Displays)

Just received a Mac Mini M1
I would like to connect this to 2 monitors both are the same thing 32 inch Omens

So I'm going to try HDMI to HDMI monitor 1
and USB-C to HDMI cable monitor 2

I have a USB c to DPI cable, and an HDMI to HDMI cable running 2 monitors one is 4k. You cannot make two monitors work out of both USB c ports on the Mac mini, because it ill only let you drive two monitors at the same time, one HDMI and the Other USB c.
