Mac Mini M1 and external drive load cycle count

I purchase external hdd (2TB Seagate, Lacie Mobile drive) same time as my Mac mini.

DriveDX says "one issue"
5.2.2021 = "Load Cycle Count" value "263 045".
10.2.2021 = "Load Cycle Count" value "289 877".

Load cycle is too high..

Power on time is 2 months 13 days 3 hours.

Maybe this is USB-C issue?
I have issues with my monitor (USB-C - HDMI) all the time.
every day I need to unplug my monitor because it won't wake up.
Also I notice same time USB-C hdd flash led indicator all the the time, but after unplug monitor also hdd acts normal after that.

Maybe I need to report this to Apple?

Apple support says that is 3rd party problem..
USB-C display problem was also "new" problem to them.

I already open case Lacie support also.
