Hey, guys. I installed GTA SA on my Mac mini M1 using the IOS download from the App Store and it works fine. There is no option to adjust screen size, though. I was wondering if one of you may have figured out how to adjust the resolution in any of its contained files to make it go full screen. Yes, I know it was intended for iPad, but it works. Xbox controller works. Everything works. The ability to adjust the screen is a no-go at this station.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

how to adjust the resolution

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your post, but seem to be asking to adjust an iOS game's resolution that you're running from macOS - Correct?
I don't think you can.

Unlike regular PC games, game publishers develop their games to be able to scale to nearly any resolution - iOS games are basically locked into a set resolution.

I was thinking the same thing and just wondering if maybe it was possible.

I appreciate the fast response.

Could you temporarily reduce your monitor resolution under System Preferences->Display?
