Mac Mini M1 and TWO 10-bit DisplayPort monitors / adapters

Hello,

I need to connect two Eizo RadiForce 1080p monitors to a Mac Mini M1 , with 10-bit color depth each (available in the DisplayPort connection).
I think I will need HDMI to DisplayPort and USB-C to DisplayPort adapters for this.

Does anyone know what adapters to purchase to make the whole thing work properly?
