Mac mini m1 in 55inch 4k resolution?!

hello guys I am new in macOS.

So I want to buy a new machine in order to watch movies, video editing, 3d modeling and the daily web surfing and YouTube. All that in my 55inch 4k tv.

I have also the mbk pro 2017 13inch that I can't figure it out with resolutions over 1080p in YouTube....and also in HDR movies I have drop frames.

Will I do my things with Mac mini m1?
I also read before 6days that apple is on the way to fix the bluetooth issues on m1 chip. Any news?!
