Mac Mini M1 with 3 displays???

Is it possible with a HyperDrive GEN2 12, or a Dell D3100 USB 3.0 to have 3 displays on a Mac Mini M1?
I would like to connect a 2560x1440 monitor with DisplayPort, and two 1920x1080p HDMI monitors.
