Can anyone confirm good USB C docks or hubs working fully on the Mac mini M2 or M2 Pro? I’m looking for one preferably with multiple ports and micro SD with 2.5 SATA slot and with the Mac Mini shape to sit under it but would take a good universal non-SATA hub too.

Id recommend a nice USB hub that's not MacMini shaped. I just ordered a M2 Mini but I'm going to have one USB C port dedicated to my Samsung T7 that holds my home folder, and a USB 3 hub for the usual Mouse, keyboard, Schiit Modi, and a SD card reader if I need. That should leave me with 1XUSB 3 and 1XUSB-C which will be used for external drives more than likely.

So, did you received your mini? What is your configuration?

And which hubs are you using? Can you give a link to the products with pictures? I'm interested in something similar and it may help others too.

Just received it yesterday! M2 512/24

Currently using a random Anker? brand USB 3 hub for my mouse, keyboard, usb dac, and sd card reader. Im also using both USB C temporarily until I get my hands on the OWC Thunderbolt Hub because of my USB-c to DP cable and my SSD.

I like the OWC Thunderbolt hub because its only $129USD (Im in Canada Land so about as much as I want to spend), powered, and will give me 3xUSB-C and 1x USB-A 3.2 port to use. About to order one this weekend

Can you show some pictures of these hubs?

Your mini is what I'm expecting to buy very soon: mini M2 24GB/1TB (despite Apple's ripoff on their ssd)..

M2 Pro base config with 1TB SSD upgrade. Bought two ‎WL-UH513 Wavlink hubs. Each has 4 ports. two A and two C port. Gen 2 3.2. 10Gbps. Does not support a monitor. That is what I wanted as I did not need it to run Ethernet or sd card or hdmi. I have four USB C ports on the Pro so more to play with. I have my second monitor plugged directly into the mini C port. Getting maxed out transfer speeds on all my drives including a Samsung 870 QVO 4TB in a Ugreen 70499 enclosure.
