Mac Mini M4 Pro HDMI output 4K 120hz RGB with 12-bit?

my mac mini m4 pro connect to LG C2 42.

and i can get 4k 120hz RGB 10bit via betterdisplay app.

but LG C2 42 has 12-bit color panel. in windows 11 i can select 12-bit color.

but cannot in mini m4, anyone konw how to get 4K 120hz RGB with 12-bit color?

Isn’t the C2 screen panel only 10 bits?
Aren’t the only 12 bit signal chains in high-end Digital Cinema projection gear.
Do you create high colour depth content?
I think Apple only caters for the ‘real world’ of the 10 bits that the Pro XDR Display can show, and since online video content is compressed to 8 bits most of the time that is fine for most users, with 10 bits signal chains available for professional content creators.
Is that what you are involved in?

The panel of the LG C2 is only 10 bit. Windows is downsampling from 12 to 10 bit for that display.
