Mac mini mic suggestions for phone calls: OS X 10.10

The phone call feature in 10.10 sounds pretty cool. I'm good on speakers, but could use a mic suggestion. I don't have/want a webcam, but I will need something to plug into the Audio In port on my 2011 mini.

I will need to run a 15ft 1/8" extension cable from my mini to my desk, no matter what the mic design is.

I suggest you go with USB instead of analog. These are a nice line of desktop mics: http://bluemic.com/desktop/

Those all look nice, but maybe overkill for my needs as used for occasional phone calls. Anything suggestions for <$20?

Do you have a Bluetooth headset that you use with your phone? You can pair it with your Mac and use it for audio input, as well.

(Unfortunately, beyond that I don't know of any dedicated microphones.)

I actually don't have/use a BT headset, as my car has it built in.
