Mac Mini-Need the opposite of a KVM!

Hi guys. I have a first generation 1.66 Core Duo Mac Mini. This computer is currently connected to a 40" Samsung LCD TV through HDMI. Are there any components that would allow me to use one input (Mac Mini) and two switchable outputs (Switch between Samsung TV and VGA monitor, one running at a time; not both).

There are, but they're usually going to be for the same type of connection, i.e. an HDMI switchbox with 2-4 HDMI ports, or a VGA switchbox with 2-4 VGA ports, not mixed (no easy way to do that). So your specific situation might be harder to make work. You'll find HDMI, DVI, or VGA switches quite readily available at anywhere that sells home theater setups.
