Mac mini not booting Windows 10 from external SSD

Hi guys.

I have installed Windows 10 on external SSD but it doesnt want to boot on my Mac mini 2018 with T2 chip security disabled. I only see windows logo for few seconds and then mini goes dead silent.

I took this SSD to my MacBook 13 (2014) and it boots and Windows works. Windows installation seems all right and fully bootable then.

Do you have any ideas why it wouldn't want to boot on Mini?

Did you ever figure it out? I followed this guide and like you after I saw the Windows logo mini just went dead silent. I don't think I missed any step. Anyone has experiences in this? Thanks.
