Mac Mini not seeing Keyboard or Mouse

Hi there, My wifes new Mac Mini was working sweetly with Mouse and wireless keyboard but now it is not seeing either even when plugged in with USB, Can you help me please

We have a similar situation here with a wired keyboard. It will only work via the hub we have attached. The only reference I've located online suggested upluging from power source for 30min re-plug and try again. It seems that works about 50% of the time.
