Mac Mini not showing up in share sidebar

I lost access to my HTPC tonight. I had to shut down the mini and restarted it, and on my MBP it doesn't show up on the sidebar under shared. I didn't change any of the settings on the mini. They systems are on the same network and domain, as the settings worked before I shut the mini down

any help would be great guys thanks

However my MBP shows up on the Mini just like it used to, also both machines are running 10.6.5

nevermind...a final reboot last night apparently it works now. screwy
