Mac Mini overheating after security update

I applied the security update and now it seems my mac mini goes to sleep because of overheating way to soon(it actually never did before). I have about 2 minutes after I wake it up for it to goto sleep again. The weird thing is it's cooler in this room than yesterday and it only started doing this today.

What should I do?

I found my PB fan coming on a lot after the update. I repaired permissions, and it seems better. Try that.
