Mac Mini-Permenant Kernel Panic Help!!!!!

Whenever I open my mac mini it comes up with the same message "You need to restart your computer hold down the power button or press restart" in four different languages.

Have you installed any RAM or a new HD? Run the Apple Hardware Test on your install disks.

I got that once on a Mac mini as well, and it required a full OS X restore.
