Mac Mini PPC itunes visualizer framerate

My university bookstore is clearing our PPC mac mini's The 1.42 GH PPC mini is $400. I'm debating whether to buy the PPC or get the single core Intel mini. I'm planning to use this mini with my main LCD TV to show photos, be my main music server and to do light duty web surfing. This will be the third Mac in my two person household hence my desire to keep it cheap. If money was not option I would go for the dual core mini with a gig of ram.

I enjoy running the iTunes visualizer while listening to music. However my Rev C 12 inch powerbook runs the iTunes visualizer at a very low frame rate. How does the PPC mini do?

Does anyone have a PPC mini and use iTunes visualizer????
