Mac Mini Ram

I was going to spend $100 and get 2x4gb (8gb) of ram on crucials website. But I found 1 stick of 4gb for $15 + shipping.

Just making sure... this WILL work in a 2011 mac mini right? I will be going from 2gb to 5gb this way, and if I need 8gb then I'll buy another later.

yes it will work but i wouldn't go for a 1 gb and 4gb ram sticks u lose dual channel memory and because they are off so much they might cause some problems in your machine so... better off getting 2 4gb at that price i mean if your broke and want more ram but slower ram then get it but if u have 15 bucks lying around...
