Just purchased a 2012 Mac Mini, i7, running Catalina. When put to sleep for the night, it shuts itself off. When I restart, it can't find the wireless (Logitech) mouse---removing and inserting the dongle fixes this. I tried clearing the SMC; before trying to clear the PRAM, is there a simple fix? Thanks in advance for answering!

Mac Mini shuts down during sleep

Check this: System Preferences, Security & Privacy. Click on the lock and enter your Admin password. Then click on Advanced. Make sure that you haven't somehow selected "Log out after......". If that's selected, the machine will shut off.
