HELP!
I have a C2D 2.0 Mac Mini running a week old fresh install of Snow Leopard. I installed PodFarm from Line6 today and upon a restart it gave me a kernel panic. I Googled the issue and found this: http://line6.com/community/message/74704. I took Line6's advice to try and boot into safe mode to then remove the offending drivers, but I attempted to do this hours ago and it's still trying to boot.
It got past the safe mode progress bar and has been sitting at the Apple logo screen with the spinning progress indicator for almost 4 hours now. I realize that safe mode boot can take a while, but has anyone had it take this long?
Is there a verbose safe boot mode I could try to see exactly what it's hanging on or legitimately doing for this long?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
