When I bought my Mac mini last year, the local Apple stores had an "ultimate" mini, which included all the extras. I called my local store and was told they'd be getting some in with 1GB of memory. Anyone know if they plan on selling new "ultimate" minis? I was hoping to pick up a duo with 2GB of memory.

As I recall, those "ultimate" Mac minis they were stocking didn't have all the extras. They just had 512 MB RAM, Superdrive, upgraded hard drive, etc. I very highly doubt you'll find a stock one with 2 GB of RAM at the Apple Store. It would be a heck of a lot cheaper to buy your own and install it anyway...
