I just tried to installed my (legit) copy of leopard, and I got a message saying

Leopard cannot be installed on this Mac, Please call customer support.

I just bought my Mac Mini like 2 weeks ago, got the update dvd, and tried to install. I restarted, tried to install again, and then it said it can't be installed because i don't have 10.4 uploaded, although im on Tiger right now.

Can anyone assist me?

What kind of Mini do you have? Does the install process begin at all, at what point does it fail?

You get something like 90 days of free phone support with the purchase of Leopard, so you really should call Apple Support.

Does your Tiger install still work? If not try re-installing Tiger and doing the UTD update again.
