Mac mirror Backup?

Hey People
Is there any way how to mirror a backup Hard drive. I see nas and raid out there but can you like plug in a hard drive let it mirror the drive eg copy every thing and then unplug it and keep it at another site eg off site backup.

Easy, use either SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Cloner.
