I've gor a wireless Magic Mouse here, used with a Lion-equipped MacBook. When waking up from sleep, usually the wireless keyboard has no trouble being recognized, but the mouse many times isn't.

Lion detects it as linked and active, but the cursor doesn't move. Stranger is I can't remove the mouse from the list of Bluetooth peripherals as the "Minus" button is greyed out.

How to solve this issue?

Mouse not connecting

You have probably tried this, but..
Restart with mouse turned on.
System prefs...Bluetooth Turn it off and on again...does the mouse show ?
System prefs....mouse...configure it.
Batteries all good ?

I have the same experience.
The Magic Mouse almost always re-connects by simply left-clicking the mouse once.

A restart does the trick, sure, but the question is why the mouse wouldn't reconnect after Mac's sleep.

Batteries are 60% (this thing burns a LOT).
