I have a new iMac. I can't find the hash symbol. Also, is there a forward-delete key somewhere or is this not a feature of Macs?

Thanks in advance.

The hash key is the on top of the number 3 key. The forward delete key is to the left of the keypad. Look at the number 7 on the keypad and look three spaces to the left.

Depends on keyboard language. Hash is accessible with option+3 on a UK keyboard.

Oh yeah, sorry I didn't ask which type of keyboard was he using, I assumed the U.S. version although the OP didn't specify either.

That's great, thanks. But I still can't find the forward-delete. I have a British keyboard (I assume).
