I have just swithced over to my .Mac app, and CAN"T reply to emails, I can only recive them... I need to try and get it fixed since I get over 100 e-mails a day 
... And I have no idea how do correct this, its a verizon e-mail, and I set it up the right way... I just need to switch to a newer app, mine was Netscape 4.7, so that goes with out saying .... I NEED help with the Mail app NOT .Mac, sorry...
