MAC Office 2011 Inquiry

Hi there

I am about to upgrade from SnowLeopard to Lion. As per caution, I need to backup (PST file like) for MAC Office 2011. Where I can find this file and backup it up plus NK2 file (for automatic email address)? Are they called .PST and .NK2 file?

I am appreciated if you could point me to the right direction.

Outlook can not export as .pst, i think it's a .odf or something Outlook Data file? It's in the export menu.

@Sky Blue: In that case, they must using the same format as Outlook 2010 for Windows (.ODF file). I will check out ...
