Mac Office 2011 Update never install

Hi Folks,

Strangely everytime Microsoft AutoUpdate tells me there is an update, I am not able to install it. I get an error message that roughly says that the connection to the update server has been interrupted. So I have to click on a link that brings me to the miscrosoft update page and I must download it manually. (no big deal)

First, why is this happening? (my copy of Mac Office is legit)

Second, the update of january 23, 2012 cannot be found anywhere on the microsoft web site? (help!)
