I just installed Mac Office 2011.

In Neo Office spread sheet, we can set global viewing size say from 100% to 150% with Format>Default formatting and it will affect every other sheet. Whereas in Mac Office Excel, Format>Conditional Formatting has to repeat for every sheet. That is a chore. Have I miss out somewhere?

How do I set a global command?
Thanks

I don’t have Excel 2011, but worked with many previous incarnations of it (Win and Mac). I don’t think Conditional Formatting is what you want. That refers to automatically changing the format of the cell based on the value of the cell, not the viewing of the spreadsheet.

My guess is that should be in the Preferences.

In Excel 2011, there is only a choice of Format>Conditional Formatting. All others in the drop down menu not relevant. And I can't see any thing relevant under Preferences
