I figured out how to replicate the same dock and printer settings to all users who log into the machine. Weird one for you all. I need it to be able to type in many different languages. Here's what I did:

1) Set it the way you want it to look for every other user. Printers, the dock,
etc.
2) After you have set it the way you want, go to:
/Users/adminaccount/Library/Prefereces/ and copy everything in the
directory
3) Paste it in /System/Library/User
Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences/

To me, this should also move all of the language bar settings too. However, when I log in under another account, no language bar is shown. When I click on the system settings -> International Settings and then the last tab, all of the languages are checked, but the show in menu bar is unchecked.

How do I replicate that to show it in everyone's menu bar? It's driving me nuts.
