MAC OS 10.7.5 - HOW TO DISABLE hidden start up items ?

I download once a HP printer software. The printer is long gone and all visible items turning toward that printer and HP has been deleted. The start up item from HP is NOT visible in start up items, nor in log in items, yet EVERY TIME I RESTART my MacBook Air, with Mac Os 10.7.5 a window opens the first thing telling is:

"INSECURE STARTUP ITEM DISABLED.
"/Library/Startupitems/HP Trap Monitor" has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings."

While looking at the Library, it tells me that the file

"/Library/Startupitems/HP Trap Monitor"

does not exists.



PLEASE HELP!
