Well here is the problem, I have a Power Mac 7500/100 with 1 GB HD, its running, Mac OS 7.5.3 and when I put in the OS 8 CD it reads it fine, but when I start to install, the installer QUITS and gives me a message saying that the installer quit, now when I try and do a clean install it installs for a while then says finishing up... then BOOM! it says an error occured! So I restarted and now i get the question mark on the floppy disk icon, i try to put in the OS 8 cd and hold down "c" blah blah blah and the whole 9 yards, so now I'm stuck, I even tried making copies of my OS 8 cd, (BECAUSE IT LOOKED SCRATCHED) I even copied the CD to my G4 HD and made a CD out of that. Anyway it didn't read the copies, just like it didnt read the original, should I boot up the 7500 with its CD that came with it? This is anoying...
