I have 2 imacs. My favourite a Tangerine 400Mhz and a Indigo, 350 no firewire. I wanted to install Tiger on the no Firewire model so i put its hard driver inside the Tangerine and began with installing osx 9 from the Universal os 9.2.2 OS9 lives CD. Which was simply a backup .dmg that was restored onto the system.
Since i have only 14.3GB space i used 4gb os 9 and the remainder for OSX 10.4.
However i think os 9 drivers didnt get installed for after the install of OSX os wont show so i booted off that disk and now i have a loading bar saying " rebuilding desktop file"
How would i install os 9 drivers now? or would i have to start all over again and if so when in the install would i install them?
