I'm just trying this on different retro software forums and thought I would post here just in case someone randomly has anything, definitely a long shot haha. If it's not the right place just delete it:

So I've been using an eMac G4 as a retro gaming machine for Mac OS9/Tiger PPC games that don't run on Intel anymore. Works great surprisingly considering the weak hardware.

I've been trying Warcraft 3 (I know it runs on newer computers, just messing around for fun) and was trying to patch it on OS 9, but it needs to be manually patched and I can't find old patch files anywhere besides some.bin files that don't appear to be usable on their own. Anyone happen to have anything saved?

The .bin files are encoded in MacBinary format. Use StuffIt Expander to expand/decode and you should end up with a usable program file or disk image to run the patch.

I've patched Warcraft II from a download that is still provided on Blizzard's website, so i'm guessing as WCIII is newer that the .bin file is from there then its exactly what you need
