Mac OS and Win7 on separate monitors possible?

I just got a 2011 2.3 Mac mini and would like to use 2 screens. I wanted to know if it was possible to put Lion in 1 screen and Win7 in another? Btw, I am currently testing out both Paralles and Fusion on a 2010 MBP 13 that I have. Thanks for any help.

Sure. Doable with both parallels and fusion. Personally, however, I find the ability to seamlessly run Windows applications alongside Mac apps far more useful (and a more efficient use of two screens).
