Mac OS error -25299

Hi I have a program called spyder it is a friend adder and i can seem to login every time I try it comes up with this mac os error-25299 does anyone know what I am ment to do about this?

it would be nice if you posted the entire error message.

delete anything spyder added to your keychain and try again.
