ok when I open spyder my friend adder and try and log in, an error box shows up all that is says is "mac OS error -25299" nothing more. I have now been told that it is a duplicate key error so i have searched my keychain and nothing with spyder is even in my keychain. I can not find spyder in anywhere in my keychain area. if i uninstall spyder, then try and reinstall it could this fix the problem? and if so how do i uninstall it?
