OK, so today I shut down my computer. When I started it back up, the Apple logo appeared (as usual), but then a circle started spinning. After about a minute, it stops spinning, pauses for 10 seconds, then loads up my Mac. I never thought much about it, but then I noticed the internet was moving really slowly. Still didn’t think much about it. But, then finally, when I started Disk Utility, I got this:

Anyone know what I should do? Nothing seems to be working properly on my Mac. Even Software Update just hangs and never gives me a list of my updates.

All help is appreciated!!!

Also, I was wondering if leaving it in the cold might affect the Mac. Because the night before, I left it in my car (near 0 C).
