Mac OS Mail signatures across devices

I work in a small workspace of 3 Macs and 3 people.

We each have email signatures with HTML code. I set them all up on one Mac, but they do not transfer across to the other Macs!

What do I need to do to make this work? I don't understand it and it's driving me mad.

Depending on what application you use, email signatures won’t transfer over to other Macs. You will have to recreate the signatures on each Mac like you did on the first one.
