Hi everyone

Am wondering about Apple Demo Mode in iPad , Mac & iPod like the one we see in the Apple Store ? Any one knows how to get it ? is it a software or installed in Mac Os ?

You're talking about the iPad displays that they just put in, right? You can view product information with them? That's for internal use for Apple. There's no way of disabling the home button to force a user to stay in an app short of jail breaking, which is probably not feasible and you should not do.

If you want to set up Macs as demos, I would recommend looking into Netboot or enforce rules and remove user files with scripts.
 
The display iPhones and iPods just play a looped video. If you jailbreak, put a video titled "demo.mov" in the /User/Media folder. It'll play that instead of turning off the screen. A reboot is needed after placing a video file in the Media folder.
