Hi

I am getting my MacBook Pro this Monday as its custom built.

The question, which I want to ask is that do Mac provide a setup disk if you need to reformat the hard disk etc?

If not how would you do that.
 
No, you won't get any media, that stopped with SL and Lion, but internet recovery is one option.

Best advice is to make a bootable OS disc (see link) you can then perform a clean or non-destrucitrve re-install if the need arises..:

The new Mac will also come with a pre-installed recovery partition which can be accessed if required:
